Nutty Cranberry Trail Cookies

These nutty cranberry trail cookies are a big hit in my house! They’re packed with all the good stuff, full of fiber with a subtle sweetness. Did I mention they’re incredible easy to make?

  • 3/4 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1 tbsp hemp
  • 1/3 pumpkin)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Whisk wet ingredients
  3. Combine dry and wet to form dough
  4.  Fold in nuts and seeds
  5. On a greased baking sheet place flatten balls of the dough and bake for 10mins at 350°F. Enjoy!!
