These frozen moringa-lime cheese cake squares are so decadent and delicious. The urge to not eat all at once is real. The moringa-lime paired with the coconut-walnut crust come together to create the perfect balance of flavours with the added benefits of those moringa leaves!

- 1/2 Cup walnuts
- 1/4 Cup coconut flakes
- 3/4 Cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup dates
- pinch of cinnamon
- mixed essence
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Cup softened cream cheese
- 1Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 Cup Sour cream
- Sweetener(I used stevia)
- 1/4 cup dry moringa leaves
- melted semisweet chocolate (optional)

Toast walnuts, coconut flakes and rolled oats

Add to a food processor along with dates, cinnamon, mixed essence and maple syrup. Pulse together until a ball forms

Press crust into a square pan and set aside

To make cheese cake mixture- add softened cream cheese, lime juice, sour cream, mixed essence and sweetener(I used stevia) to a food processor and mix until smooth

Pour half of the mixture onto the crust and freeze for 30 mins. Add a 1/4 cup of soaked and strained moringa leaves to the remaining mixture

Process until fully incorporated and pour into the cheesecake pan

Freeze for at least 4 hours!
