Chocolate Swirl Banana Smoothie Bowl

If you love bananas, chocolate and ice-cream then you’ll love this creamy banana smoothie bowl! What’s better than sweet bananas blended into an ice-cream? It’s healthy AND delicious perfect for breakfast or as a treat.

  • 4 med. frozen bananas
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
  • Toppings- granola, chocolate chunks, cocoa nibs and fresh bananas (optional)

  1. Blend frozen bananas along with a splash of milk, cinnamon and vanilla bean paste into a smooth ice-cream consistency.
  2. Transfer banana mixture into a bowl, swirl melted chocolate with a spoon in to the smoothie and garnish with toppings for your choice.
