Mix a sweetener (I used stevia) with some unsweetened Greek yogurt

Add a couple drops of Vanilla or mixed essence

Line a tray with wax paper and spread mixture onto the tray

Top with fruit of your choice

Freeze for at least 3 hours then break it into pieces

Here, I used a frozen berry mix, sorrel pieces, chia seeds and fresh mint leaves!
