These nutty cranberry trail cookies are a big hit in my house! They’re packed with all the good stuff, full of fiber with a subtle sweetness. Did I mention they’re incredible easy to make?

- 3/4 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp flax
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1 tbsp hemp
- 1/3 pumpkin)
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts

- Mix dry ingredients
- Whisk wet ingredients
- Combine dry and wet to form dough
- Fold in nuts and seeds
- On a greased baking sheet place flatten balls of the dough and bake for 10mins at 350°F. Enjoy!!
