Nothing better than eating a plate full of wings (or maybe you can share) . Crispy, spicy and a little tangy, these garlic parm wings are a new fav and a must try!
To make,
Season wings with fresh green seasoning, lime juice, salt, black pepper, celery salt, chili flakes, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder
Toss seasoned wings with some melted butter
Place wings on a wire rack and bake until golden
The baked wings are then tossed in a mixture of melted butter, fresh garlic(be generous), fresh herbs, lime juice, vinegar, green chilies and finely grated Parmesan cheese
Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted
Of course, you need a dipping sauce. Here, I made a sour cream sauce loaded with garlic, herbs and green chilies
