Berry Sorrel Yogurt Bark

Are you looking to try something a little different for breakfast rather than the usual yogurt (boring)? Definitely try this berry- sorrel yogurt bark. It’s easy to make, healthy and it’s stored in the freezer so you can make a big batch to have on hand.

[directions title=”Directions”]

  1. Mix a sweetener (I used stevia) with some unsweetened Greek yogurt
  2.  Add a couple drops of Vanilla or mixed essence
  3. Line a tray with wax paper and spread mixture onto the tray
  4. Top with fruit of your choice
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours then break it into pieces
  6. Here, I used a frozen berry mix, sorrel pieces, chia seeds and fresh mint leaves!
